When we visited the Tate Modern in 2006 we were surprised to see the Turbin Hall stuffed with 14,000 different white boxes.

Walking through these stacks of boxes we felt like ants walking through lumps of sugar.

One of the sculpture on the terrace of the New National Gallery in Berlin, drew our attention.

On a slightly windy day, the balance between movement and stillness was hypnotic.

Our friend Ric needed a Web site for his antiques and vintage shop to display items currently on sale.

Em decided to use a Flickr account and the PictoBrowser tool to set up the galleries, in order to allow an easy and quick update from any computer.

He completed the site with some QuickTime VR…

We toured Tunisia and cross the Chott El Jerid with a Renault Kangoo, that failed to bring us back to Tunis in time to catch the plane.

Our old digital camera failed as well, maybe because of the intense sunlight or the heat, as a lot of our pictures had a wrong (but very mysterious) exposure. [...]

Having enjoyed previously a Silken hotel, when we visited Barcelona we opted for the Diagonal.

The roof deck featured a small swimming pool, perfectly fit for a quick plunge under the August sun.

But the best part was the spectacular view of the very close Agbar Tower, with Barcelona spreading behind.

The memorial is almost invisible, but becomes evocative at night when its lighting is diffused through a sheet of glass in the middle of Bebelplatz.
