MAXXI Museum Auditorium – Roma
04-01-10

The MAXXI Museum auditorium, wedged between galleries on the ground floor, is the only static and regular space in the museum.

The geometrically-shaped seat rows, and the light pattern covering the ceiling and the back wall, stress the character of this space.

The only external reference to the auditorium is in the ceiling of the planned cafeteria that faces the piazza.
